Rebalance Healthcare provides Occupational Therapy services across key life stages, supporting people to build capacity, maintain independence, and participate meaningfully in everyday life.
ADULTS
Supporting individuals to navigate everyday life, health, wellbeing, independence, and participation across home, work, and community environments.
CHILDREN
Supporting young people to build confidence, participation, regulation, independence, and engagement in everyday activities and routines.
Please note: Rebalance Healthcare does not currently provide services for children under 10 years of age.
OLDER ADULTS
Supporting individuals to maintain independence, confidence, comfort, and participation in everyday life as they age and their needs or circumstances change over time.
FAMILIES
Supporting individuals and families from conception through to their child’s first year of life, recognising the emotional, physical, sensory, functional, and mental health changes that can occur throughout the perinatal journey.
